1. What kind of products does Vaidmart sell?
Vaidmart offers trending and useful products across home essentials, kitchen tools, gadgets, kids’ items, fitness accessories, beauty care, and everyday problem-solving products.
2. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. Shipping is free, and most orders reach within 3–5 working days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by SMS or email. You can use the link provided to check real-time delivery updates.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on selected pin codes.
5. Is Cash on Delivery available on all products?
Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and pin codes. COD orders may need confirmation before dispatch.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with a complete unboxing video.
7. Why is an unboxing video required for returns?
The unboxing video helps us verify damage, defects, or incorrect items and protects both customers and our team from misuse.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the return is approved and checked, refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8–15 business days.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support quickly if you need to cancel.
