Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled at Vaidmart while keeping the process clear and fair for both customers and operations.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request cancellation of your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at info.vaidmart@gmail.com

  • Or contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +91 99301 16650

  • Please mention your order number clearly in your request

If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to proceed, please accept the delivery and raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy. Cancellation after dispatch is not supported.

3. Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders require confirmation before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated COD cancellations may lead to restriction or removal of the COD option for future orders.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • A full refund is issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days

  • The amount usually reflects within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Vaidmart reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery details

  • Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
